how to change my apple ID

hi,
old email address has been hacked someone.

im cannot login iphone's apple password update app , cant download app store..

there way create new apple id , password. , how change new apple id , password on iphone.

if can't access it, should contact apple asap , close credit cars incase hacker tries buy stuff apple id, because credit card information stored there.
