iWork Numbers - Formula Help Please


hello

new numbers , new formulas in general need (please bear me).

have set own company , trying achieve this, want create spreadsheet tells me how many hours work each week , if week totals/equals on 40 hours week want next column tell me how many hours is.

have week having total cell @ end, such g4 = 41.

table has contracted hours set 40.

want h4 (next g4) tell me number 1, or if work 45, want calculate 5.

can lead on how cumulates on course of month.

simple thing achieve? can recommend formula sites?

enter in h4:

=x3-g4

= indicates entering formula
x3 cell reference of "40" cell - don't was
may need reference table name of "40" cell - don't remember how that, think numbers give cell picker enter "=".

google numbers formulas , should fine. there built-in help.
