Macbook pro power question?????

can tell me whats difference between 750gb serial ata drive @ 5400 rpm, , 128gb or 256gb solid state drive thanks.:eek:
 

one has spinning disk , has capacity of 750gb. other (ssd) much, faster, has no moving parts , has capacity of 128gb or 256gb.
