No more "recovered files" in trash

curious how no longer have "recovered files" in trash after shutting computer overnight. not sure do, told me how mac osx cleans itself. computer used have "recovered files" year no longer. should concerned with?

CoD on Mac is Stuck in fail windowed mode.
