Webcam & Backlit Keys now fail following upgrade to SSD Hyrbid

i have i5 mbp13 (2011)

installed crucial m4ssd(64gb) drive , moved existing hdd optibay.

have 2 drives - macintosh ssd (os & apps) & data hdd (inc user data)
home directory defined /volumes/data hdd/users/localadmin
(note, there still users folder in ssd don think used)

things seems working properly.

when launch photobooth message "there no connected camera"
(i same when launch facetime)

backlit keyboard not work. when press f5 or f6 key 'no entry' sign appears on screen.

have since installed app called lab tick allows me turn on backlit keyboard manually. can conclude hardware on keys fine. cannot use f keys control , light sensor automatic brightness of keys not work.

not sure whether failing webcam or backlit keys linked. both working fine before me ssd 'upgrade'.

appreciate help.

 

this long shot, have tried covering camera hand? there light sensor there automatically lights keyboard lighting.
