is there way make default user cp show full list of subscribed threads rather new subscribed threads?

don't post enough have 10 items day in there , prefer simplified/not require step of clicking through check on topics have posted in.
 

have checked settings in user cp > settings & options > edit options > messaging & notification > default thread subscription mode?
