Fans with 6000 rpm

i have mbp15. fans allways on 6000 rpm. not using many resources , it's still allways between 5500-6000 rpm. normal? what;s wrong mbp15 ?
 

if fans running high , temps aren't high, try resetting smc.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
