Ipod Touch, No response from Screen Touch

help! sister's ipod touch stuck on lock screen (with number pad open. it's not responding of buttons or touch on screen. how can fix this?
 

did drop or something? experience, digitizer broke after dropping 4 ft off ground. still turn on display home button, whenever touched screen nothing happen.

problem though, that's guess. there replacement parts out there, , they're not expensive. i've been lazy fix mine :eek:

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
