Ram usage?

i bought new 11.6 inch i7 4gb ram macbook air , can't notice how ram using. have opened web browser , itunes , sitting on 2.10 used ram. old air @ 1.4ish. normal? downloaded sc2 , played hour. playing such graphically demanding game harmful macbook air?
 

lion requires more ram snow leopard did previously. if don't overkill on settings starcraft 2 should fine. after not buy computer baby (maybe people :rolleyes:)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
