Best protective case that's not an otterbox

i know practically on asked question, drop phone 24/7 , need case. have otterbox defender , hate it. rubber comes off, prevents home button working (trust me, not hardware issue, , aah! protect average fall won't provoke panic attack when pick up. also, listen music in car 1 has large enough area around headphone jack.
 

have checked out otterbox reflex? friend showed me other day sitting on bench @ tha tennis court , tossed 5 feet or on ground, picked , no harm done.

know title says not otterbox, it's protective , slider case there shouldn't rubber issues on outside.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
