Broken iPhone 4

dropped iphone 4 on road , shattered front screen. took apple store see cost replace it. took 10 mins , handed me new phone free.... gave me "i'm not suppose time speech" thank god her, said cost $200. else gotten done them?
 

i've heard of happening quite few people have broken screens.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
