Help: Flash Player Issues on OSX 10.5

hi guys,

updated flash flayer 10.3.181.14

it's new version puts control panel in system preferences it.

mac had been experiencing weird stuttering graphics not on website in finder etc when move window, , typing quite slow appear too.

after troubleshooting realised caused update of flash 10.3.181.14.

version supported on 10.5 intel causing issues.

1. else experienced this?
2. fix?
3. if not can find safe downgraded flash player?
