How will Final Cut X be updated?

when updates final cut pro x arrive, know whether these distributed through app store or through current system (software updates)? , if they're distributed through app store, mean have redownload application every time? in advance.
 

fcp x not update. supposedly complete new code throughout whole app.
according apple, there delta updates new software app store in future.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
