iMovie 11 and 60fps

i have read number of conflicting statements online whether or not imovie 11 supports 60fps video.

has 1 had experience 60fps on imovie 11 share?

reason asking because thinking of upgrading cam (gopro 960 1080), don't have time or inclination buy , learn editing package benefits of 720p 60fps.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
