SSD Recommendation

i looking buy ssd 2010 macbook pro. have looked @ crucial.com seem have limited range. intel ssd's seem have reviews seem pricey samsung ssd's have had problems.

tips appreciated
 

intel should reliable , ssds relatively fast go intel 320 series.

Mail will not Quit when shutting down

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
