Ultrasn0w not working? No service after unlock

ok. i've been trying unlock dad's 3gs past 2 days after updating 4.3.3. know changes bb, used redsn0w change ipad bb. after jb it, installed ultrsn0w, ends no service after searching.

tried everything. toggled airplane mode, re-installed ultrasn0w, tried different sim cards, , restored , re-jb redsn0w , pwnage tool. don't know else do. hoping guys help. suggestions?
 

if you're using t-mobile (us) make sure have 3g off.
