Can 1 copy of lion be authorised for two appstore/itunes accounts

hi,

wanted ask before tried this.

have mac , have own app store/itunes account, , wife. we're looking upgrade lion via app store.

if buy copy of lion itunes/app store account on mac, can copy of lion authorised install on wifes' mac. in similar way how "authorise computer" function works in itunes?

, run in problems due licence being tied itunes account , wife being signed in hers default.

 

not legally.
