Macbook Air for High School t & Music Hobby?

i'm looking @ getting mac final year of high school. i'll using email, web , school work (reports, essays, presentations) i'd experiment music next year , put ableton live on well.

i'm looking @ 13" macbook air 128 gb ssd , i'd bump ram 4 gb. however, wait until next refresh purchase.

air able handle needs or should looking @ other models? should note not using hardware inputs create music - plug-ins.

this post seems suggest suitable laptop audio programs.

music work, i'd suggest 13" macbook pro better choice macbook air.

more disk storage space (you're going use in music production), 4gb of ram comes standard, firewire port (used many audio interfaces), , dvd/cd drive.

yes, weighs more, connectivity , in/out options make weight worth having.
