Parallels or VMWare Migration Questions

vmware fusion , parallels transporter both migrate entire system (both apps , data) virtual machine.

looking migrate corporate pc virtual machine on mac.

pc running hard drive encryption, cisco vpn, , corporate network authentication protocols, lotus notes. these things migrate virtual machine , work normal?
 

i doubt encryption come over. vmware converter or parallels transporter have run within running (unencrypted) os.
