Resize Bootcamp Partition?

exactly title inquiry. wondering if there way reduce size of partition have windows. installed xp sp3 through bootcamp went , going except dedicated entirely hdd space windows.
 

well, common way deal clone boot camp using winclone or other program. then, recreate boot camp partition using boot camp assistant. clone boot camp partition new partition.
