11" vs 13" - Fullscreen Apps make the screen feel bigger than it is

i going 13" air because im multi window user , not used small screens. after trying out 11" today using fullscreen mode i'm surprised how more adequate screen pushing away pixels os takes up. wouldnt 11" screen feels "huge" feels more usable , i'm leaning going 11".

how else? planning on using fullscreen mode more , influencing choice of screen size?
 

that , revised mail layout little screen cope. had 11" , best thing mail , web surfing , got better lion.

tempted buy new one.
