just bought time machine ebay , tried hook yellow triangle said can't use on version of os x! i'm running os x 10.6.8 snow leopard. gives?
 

i guess mean bought time capsule (the white device)? "time machine" name of program backs , comes free os x.

see yellow triangle? in system preferences->time machine->select disk window?

can't imagine it's version issue -- i've got older time capsule , works fine os x 10.6.8.

if can edit post's title (though i'm not sure if can) more because people know question time capsule.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
