Restoring Lion On New MacBook Pro

hey all,

i've got brand new 2011 bto macbook pro 15" in hands ordered on lion's launch day. curiously, seems macbook pros no longer come restore dvd's, , not have new internet recovery feature enabled new macbook airs , mac minis have.

question then, is, noting absence of physical restore disc or internet recovery, how 1 rescue such machine hdd failure? not forced make restore disc emergencies, defeating apple's quest become dvd free?
 

i wish make recovery disc badly...

illegal download lion 3rd party website make dvd copy if had legally purchased off app store begin with?
