I didn't know there was "White on Black" mode on my iPad, brightness problem solved!

one of complaints ipad lowest brightness being bright in stock. didn't know there setting under accessibility , it's great reading things in dark.

thinking installing cydia app i'm happy reading stuff on ipad without disturbing wife or eyes. can set toggle triple click of home button super handy. wish knew sooner.

5.1 audio out with hdmi? MBP 15inch 2011

i've gone through 2 adapters , endless hours of trying 5.1 audio receiver via hdmi or optical , can't seem work. well, let me correct myself. got work in osx whenever start vlc audio goes 7.1 random configuration comes out of side speaker. can't seem dts or ac3 consistently output vlc receiver. if have use optical don't care want work. got normal audio not dts or ac3 work osx. using bootcamp , windows 7 got vlc output ac3 via optical receiver. never got hdmi sound output in other 2 channel in windows. anyway if can spread light on how accomplish appreciated @ moment using http://www.kanexlive.com/v2 claim pass uncompressed 5.1/7.1 dts , ac3 through. entire thing frustrating. technical support laughable.   bump   Forums Macs Notebooks ...
