Infinifolders to FolderEnhancer

so when used have infinifolders, in itunes icons show show on phone in respective folders. when use folder enchancer, see on phone , see on itunes not match up, of apps/icons not in folders. doing right or way supposed be?

 

and when switch infinifolders again , shows nicely per phone.... way fe works?
