How to make SKYPE Window smaller???

i'm quite desperate here now... haha.
i've been searching answer on google no luck or no "real" answers.
skype window waaay big , make smaller. ichat, display contact list.
friend downloaded skype , chat 1 small list instead of big ugly chat screen.
