Time Change

so installed windows 7 on mbp. everytime use windows part switch back, time on osx goes forward 12 hours. if 11.00 pm satuday show 11 sunday.

whats cause? thank guys!
 

have set "set date , time automatically", , if so, server have selected synch with?
