Strange behavior in Outlook for Mac

i noticed something. if sends me email , there few folks in cc field , reply all, changes of folks in cc field's little address bubble name email address 1 gets sent to. why happen , how can fix it?

CoD on Mac is Stuck in fail windowed mode.
