will refurb prices go down after refresh?

current refurb discount 16%. there greater discount after update them sb cpu's, or stay around same?

please answer based on past apple history.
 

the prices go down, same day refreshed models available. frequent refurbished pages lot.

CoD on Mac is Stuck in fail windowed mode.
