How to restore iphone apps from my ‘mobile applications’ folder of my computer?

i’ve upgraded iphone 2g version 3.1.3 (using redsn0w) apps had purchased through itunes missing (and cannot them because old versions , new versions require newer iphone model have). have todo file (todo 1.6.1 iphone/ipod touch/ipad app) in "mobile applications" folder of computer. how can restore todo in iphone folder? since i’m not computer savvy, i’d appreciate if can tell me step step should do.

CoD on Mac is Stuck in fail windowed mode.
