Can't use webcam

how use webcams in lion? every site wanna use on can't. flash settings pop have click allow or deny camera frozen , can't click allow. how fix this?
 

can't use webcam...

same problem here. freezes, extremely frustrating!! if latest in apples war adobe i'm gonna annoyed use webcam every day on particular site doesn't work!!!

hate there no settings in system preferences sort out manually...
