my mid 2010 mbp's screen blinks when try , watch things on internet(ex. netflix). when go full screen mode blinks black , when go windowed mode fine, doesn't blink. after couple seconds thing windows used do, when drag window around leaves little copies behind(image posted) after 10 seconds of goes away. runs videos through quicktime, vlc, mplayerx , of fine. happens full screen videos internet browsers. happens chrome, safari, , firefox. ones i've tested on. seems wrong internet videos themselves, possibly microsoft silverlight(the program netflix uses) because blinking doesn't happen youtube videos. heres picture of copies on screen. screen shotted few minutes ago. http://imageshack.us/f/191/screenshot20110611at139.png/ update: running video vlc , not blinking copies thing , video turns black after while. not sure what's going on, believe display or graphics card problem. information great.

alright apple replacing macbook pro, , offered if wanted upgrade 2.2ghz model instead of base model new replacement. wanted anti glare screen high res upgrade prioce 550 lady knocked off 50, 50 cause thought half grand seemed pricy. none less 450 dollars upgrade base high end, worth it? remember includes price of anti glare screen upgrade want. other option stick replacement same base model have im still going add anti glare lady offered 100 dollars. 50 less normal (150). app intensive thing ive used exporting movies on imovie. think took around 8-10mins export 720p high deifnition video. im going university fall business iil using microsoft office 2011 well. other that, basic stuff, facebook, youtube, email etc etc. games play angry birds off mac app store. ive considered doing in graphic design or film unlikly switch fields. better save 450 dollars , stick base model plus anti glare screen? or beneficial upgrade high res 450 dolla

hello all, i've installed lion on macpro released here today in uk, , seems alright except 2 or 3 bad probs. firstly, upon restarting, tells me can't run photoshop cs5 without java runtime , offers let me install it. clicking ok makes start downloading or installing stops part way through , never restarts again. force-quitting , trying again doesn't work @ , doesn't begin d/l, requiring force quit. also, trying update itunes in software update gets part pay along progress bar before stalls well. , thirdly, safari connects web page ok, opening other tabs , trying connect other sites fails , window stays blank while radar wheel spins. quitting , trying restart safari results in dock icon bouncing endlessly , safari not launching. firefox works fine know it's not connection. also, turning off firewall, little snitch , restarting don't @ either. it's annoying! appreciated, thanks. m
