i go check emails ect find out phone isn't turned on. try turn on, it's not doing anything, not low message screen when needs charge. start becoming confused. plug wall outlet , doesn't anything. plug computer , recognized once, first time. says in dfu mode, install itunes (uninstalled reason) , click restore. since said have option restore contacts , other settings gave go. downloaded 4.3.3 , attempted install. gave me error message. i'm accustomed pointing @ web links , holding down button contextual menu. doing previous laptop, running mac osx panther (as every osx mac prior it). mba running lion, can't anymore because apple requires 2 fingers down while holding down button. i'm trying adapt new way but, seems 70% of time, menu doesn't come me because second finger not within invisible realm of trackpad's 2-finger sensor. have point want, pick finger , move middle of trackpad, put both fingers down , hold button down. it's considerably less intuitive 1-finger contextual menu was. it's tedious well. i'm thinking 2-finger method might easier on 13" mba because trackpad deeper in length. think i'm happy else 11" mba , don't want have switch 13" because of issue. there users of 11" mba advice can give me?   i have no issues it, have been used ever s...

i'm trying figure out whether "feature" or flaw... when prepping lion , checking out previews/reviews, remember reading being able have dock or menu bar appear while in full screen mode moving mouse either bottom or top of screen. however, have found dock acting pretty stubborn , seems pure luck when able have appear or not. it'll show no problem when i'm on 1 of desktops, when running safari or mail in full-screen mode, may take multiple downward mouse gestures dock appear. i'm not sure if it's app-specific, these 2 apps have put full-screen mode , noticed behavior. wanted know if else experiencing similar issues. thanks.   in apps i've tried, works same. move pointer bottom of screen, move down again make dock appear.   Forums Macs ...

i loaded lion last night on 11" mba (1.6 duo 4 gig mem) , runs great. no problems in install (i made back-up thumb drive disk). @ first fan doubled in speed, hear , istat widget showed 5400 rpm , 50-70 degree cpu. after short time fan , temp reduced , quite ever fan @ 2000 rpm , cpu @ 45 degrees. did software update , many had updates go lion. buggy software have, word, seems operating well. screen smooth in functions , there not appear slow down of computer @ all. not bad finger gestures "backward" shouldn't problem getting used to. work apple!   before , after drive space did happen note drive size before , after install? app store mentions 3.49gb install lion. i'm wondering if that's +3.49gb existing snow leopard drive space or fresh install of lion take 3.49gb. i'm assuming there's lot of existing files lion updating/removin...
