i've had macbook 30 months, it's 2009 macbook 13 in' silver , since software update 10.6.7 , after updating lion, i've had problems when mac closed, apple light on of screen flash intermittently once every 20 seconds. reason won't go sleep mode , eats battery no other. on top of that, every time open after hour of being closed, check istat pro , see 190 degrees f while fan running @ 2000 rpm. after keep on minute cools down , fan kicks in open it gets hot touch! mean on point of burning fingers hot! ideas here? i've tried pulling battery , it's still @ 95% health software issue?   sounds have kind of process running away cpu - print job never printed or something..... open activity monitor cpu tab , change drop-down processes. check causing cpu heat up. might need click on "%cpu" column sort them descending order. post says , sure help....

there 1 thing didn't understand quite really. steve said if rip old cd's itunes gets pushed thru icloud ios. know put songs, specific playlist or...? or whole thing ripping cd's , put them on thru icloud function itunes match?   your rips or music elsewhere not pushed icloud. music didn't buy itunes synched on wifi ios device. itunes match scan songs, see have, , allow download them on of devices. there's not difference, except if rip cd, have wait until device syncs again, unlike if bought itunes pushed/downloaded on devices. it's people decide if higher quality (256kbps) , ability download itunes on devices whenever want worth 30/year.   Forums Macs macOS Older OS X Versions Ma

hey everyone. i've been having lot of trouble osx. it's slow it's unusable. i've had install couple years , figured reformat computer. happened after installing firefox 4, little snitch, , adobe cs5.5. have no idea if of has major changed after that.
