ok heres thing. husband traded 1 of old phones iphone 2g. person got phone had done trading , has no idea whats been done in past. person reset phone completely. when got it on itunes screen white cord/emergency call slider. has stayed part. have tried hard restarting , restoring (x3) using 3.1.3. tried downloading apple 3.1.2 firmware, custom firmware (which later found didnt work bc of error on our part. try again tonight) both while in dfu mode. have tried plugging wall , computer both. have tried recboot (did nothing). have tried hard restarting 3 times in row (x3). when doing this, twice loading black/white screen came nothing more happened. out of ideas! have 3gs had problems when got wasn't difficult figure out!! goal home screen loaded can jailbreak , unlock tmo. if have ideas @ all, please let me know!!   skozemczak said: ↑ ok heres thing. husband

hey guys, i'm incoming freshmen year , need computer college programming capabilities. know little computers unfortunately hoping guys give me pros , cons of both. maybe give idea of i'm looking for, want able make things flash animations, amvs, logos , graphics, etc. whole cigar speak.   another person had same question elsewhere post same response- have completed first year of computer science , did not use pc (or bootcamp partition on mbp) once. you'll learning lot of things in linux environment, using mac on unix architecture mirroring this. there many of languages built unix dont have download more software or windows side. focused on python , java in first year here , watching friends program in windows environment laughable. required more programs , annoying code run command line. python interpreter built os x, java, no java sdk or required, console/terminal in mac same linux 1

i've been using vmware fusion on mba 2010 13" since january without problem, been able run virtual machine side side pretty no performance impact on either system great. able emulate playstation 2 console within virtual machine @ quite playable speed. until now. while running virtual machine whole system lags halt, right im typing , takes 2-6 seconds words appear on screen absolutely unusable. i'm stumped because haven't changed within windows whats on virtual machine made brand new installation. var know haven't changed version of vmware , i've been on 10.6.7 while without issues, plus restored system. have idea of can check /fix/investigate further fix issue? should note "felt" sort of slower performance system might imagination. not mention, system behaving cpu being used @ 100% faster when i'm converting videos makes fan whirl loudly, not on right puzzles me issue is. in advance, kris
